Each year, the VRE Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) proudly sponsors the Leader In Me program, Teacher Appreciation events, Community Night, and many other initiatives. 

Your involvement is vital to our success. Through your participation and feedback, you can help enhance our students' educational experience, leading to improved academic outcomes and a love for learning.

Who can become a member of VRE PTO - Parents and guardians of current VRE students as well as teachers and staff members are welcome to be a part of the PTO. Whether you are a stay at home parent or working, you can participate  at your convenience and capacity.

How to become  member - To become a member you just have to register yourself online. It is never too late to join! Your membership helps us to enhance your child’s learning experience.

Volunteer Background Check

To be eligible to volunteer on any of the CISD campuses, you must complete a Volunteer Application and a Criminal History Background Check. Only ONE (1) form is needed per volunteer each year, even if volunteering for multiple campuses or students. A Criminal History Background Check must be completed EACH school year for all volunteers. Please make sure you have completed the form a week in advance before you volunteer.
